Change Shipping Address
We are able to update the shipping address on your order after it has shipped. Please keep in mind there will be an additional fee for this service. Fees do vary based on carrier.
White Glove Delivery
At this time, we do not offer white glove delivery.
Where can I ship
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. We do NOT ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii or PO Boxes. We do require a physical address for delivery with someone available to sign for the freight.
Items never arrived (lost in transit)
We are sorry to hear that your items may have been lost in transit. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will help get your items located and on the way to you ASAP.
If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so through our Customer Service Center. Call 888. 487. 4488 M-F 8:30-5:30, and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.
